For digital products (eBooks):
Instant delivery by email after payment confirmation.
You will receive a download link immediately.
Format: Universal PDF, readable on all devices.
If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
For clothing and items:
Each item is made to order (ethical and waste-free production).
Production times: 2 to 5 business days.
Average delivery times:
France: 3 to 5 business days
Europe: 3 to 7 business days
Rest of the world: up to 7 days depending on the country
A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.
Retours & échanges
Digital Products (eBooks):
No returns or refunds are possible once the eBook has been downloaded.
If you have any technical issues, please contact us and we will resend the file.
Physical Products:
You have 14 days after receipt to report any problems.
Exchanges or refunds are only possible in the event of:
Defective product
Order error
Incorrect size (see conditions below)
Return conditions:
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless we made an error).
