Refunds are not available once the eBook has been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will provide a replacement file.
Physical Products (Clothing & Items):

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are only eligible in cases of:

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Refund:
